Serenity For Women Tri-est Cream
The Serenity for Women Natural Oestrogen Cream has been carefully formulated in response to those women who have been unable to completely eliminate hot flushes, night sweats or vaginal dryness by using Natural Progesterone Cream alone.
Each tube contains 58grams ( 2oz ) net weight,of oestriol ( 80% ) oestreone ( 10% ) oestriodial ( 10% ) Which are the Hormones our body naturally produces, and are therefore bioidentcial
It is recommended that most women use a natural progesterone cream for 3-4 months before using the natural oestrogen cream. In 99% of cases ongoing symptoms of hot flushes and night sweats are eliminated by the use of Progesterone Cream.
How to Use
Tri-est is used once daily, at night along with the progesterone cream.Even if you have had a hysterctomy we still recommend tri-est is used along side progesterone cream.
It is important that both creams are used together to avoid unopposed estrogens. So Progesterone Cream morning and night and oestrogen Cream at Night.
Like the Serenity cream find a different spot to use the cream each day. This means there will be rest days in each calendar month when neither cream will be used.
It is preferable to apply at bedtime. Although the label says for topical use only Health and Science Research Institute manufacturers of the cream recommend using the cream either on your abdomen or vaginally
The Normal dosage is 1/8th tsp. However from experience many women find they can use less than this,and find relief using the cream only 2-3 times weekly.Aim to use the smallest amount to relieve your symptoms.

early menopause
Remember if you are using oestrogen and you have not had a hysterectomy you must use progesterone at the same time. Measure the cream and keep the amount consistent.
